The Centre for Infrastructure Development and Management in Africa (CIDMA) is an independent professional knowledge-management/consulting institution for infrastructural study and advancement in Africa. The institution is currently financed by promoters in Nigeria through Morins Global Investments. CIDMA recognizes the vast need for infrastructure development in Africa and as one of its mandates, aims to strategically align African countries into a position where they can cope sustainably with the emerging challenges of housing and infrastructures.

The infrastructural developments undertaken by CIDMA include areas within Housing (CIDMA wants to see the development of 1 million standard housing units in Africa), Water, Sanitation, Waste Management, Power/Energy, Roads, Transportation, ICT etc. The Centre will focus on providing the needed expertise and complementary professional skills and requirements for sustainable development and financing for infrastructural and housing in Africa.
